Clayton's Team against the Redmond Huskies

O.K. It is official... I am the crazy mom on the sidelines jumping up and down screaming at the top of my lungs.  Football is intense.  Clayton's game on Wednesday was tough,  He played a team that had twice as many kids as his team and they all seamed to be at least a head taller.  Clayton's team held their own and it was a tough game.  They ended up loosing by 2 points, but only because of a safety.  Clayton played quarterback the whole game.  He made some mistakes, but he was also a little tiger out there.  One time he fumbled and lost the ball.  He was so mad the next play he ripped the ball out of the opponents hands and was the one on the bottom of the pile.  After everyone was peeled off of him he had recovered the ball. It was crazy.  Him and his snapper need to practice some more because they fumbled the ball five times.  Not good.  He passed a couple of balls too, although they hit the mark the receiver didn't catch them. Still it was a really good game and everyone one was proud of them.  They looked like they were out there playing high school students.  I know he was pretty happy with the outcome cause he was talking to us after the game.  That's a good sign.

Taking the kids to Fall River

We took the kids to Fall River.  It is a natural spring that comes right out of the ground.  They had a lot of fun.  We roasted hot dogs and made smores.  Josh and the kids played hide and seek and sardines.  It was a lot of fun.  Thanks for coming and helping with my tile.

Laying the tile for the wood stove

Josh and Kari came to visit and help lay the tile for our new wood stove.  We are so excited and it looks so good.  We haven't had wood heat for 8 years.  Can't wait to start my first fire and put that kettle of water on.
